Our Policies

Conditions of Sale: Palm Island Nursery Outlet guarantees all stock to be in good condition at the time of delivery. After the material has been accepted we cannot be responsible for improper handling, planting, or exceptional weather. All claims must be made within 48 hoursof delivery or pickup. All material accepted by the purchaser shall be subject to a 20% restock fee if returned. A 50% restock fee is charged for all returned bare root material.

No cataliog sales. All sales are by delivery on our trucks or at the nursery.

Non-Warranty: Palm Island Nursery Outlet will exercise care to have all plants true to name. However, it is understood that should any plant prove otherwise, we shall not be liable for any sum greater than that paid for such plant that may prove untrue to name.

Crane delivery: Palm Island's crane and flatbed service is $115.00 per hour for our 10 ton crane and $160.00 per hour for our 18 ton crane. Both have a two hour minimum.

Returns: All returned goods must be shipped prepaid and in sellable condition. All returned material shall be subject to a 20% restock fee. A credit will be issued accordingly.

Prices: Prices are based on current market conditions and therefor are subject to change without notice. We will be glad to quote special prices on large quantities.

Discounts: State licensed nurseries receive a 20% discount and state licensed contractors recieve a 15% discount on all purchases (excpt bare root materal) when a license is presented at the time of sale.

Delivery: Palm Island Nursery Outlet can deliver items with our own vehicles in Northern California. Our rate for small to medium items (1 gallon to 24"box) is $1.65 per mile one way per van load or any part thereof ($20.00 minimum). For larger items see Crane Delivery.
