Conditions of Sale: Palm Island Nursery Outlet guarantees all stock to be in good condition at the time of delivery. After the material has been accepted we cannot be responsible for improper handling, planting, or exceptional weather. All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
Non-Warranty: Palm Island Nursery Outlet will exercise care to have all plants true to name. However, it is understood that should any plant prove otherwise, we shall not be liable for any sum greater than that paid for such plant that may prove untrue to name.
No catalog sales. All sales are by delivery on our trucks or at the nursery.

A 50%-100% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL DELIVERIES
Returns: All returned goods must be shipped prepaid and in sellable condition. All material accepted by the purchaser shall be subject to a 20% restock fee if returned. A 50% restock fee is charged for all returned bare root material and special orders.
Prices: Prices are based on current market conditions and therefore are subject to change without notice. We will be glad to quote special prices on large quantities.
Discounts: State licensed nurseries receive a 15% discount and state licensed contractors receive a 10% discount on all purchases (except bare root material) when a license is presented at the time of sale.
